當藝術或是人文遇上一座城市，這樣的氣息雖然是無形的，但就像一個巨大的的複合平面體。當他落到到城市上，會貼著城市的輪廓產生一個新的型態，雖然本體還是這座城市，但是已經罩上了不同的氛圍了。​啟發自第一次拜訪衛武營國家藝術文化中心。

When art or humanities encounter a city, the resulting atmosphere, although intangible, becomes like a massive complex polyhedron. As it descends upon the city, it adheres to its contours, creating a new form. While the essence remains that of the city, it has now been enveloped in a different ambiance.
